What is a Chakra Anyway?
Chakra come from Eastern Sanskrit, meaning "wheel" or "disk". The traditional Hindu system names 7 main Chakra centers which moderate subtle energy in the body.
This energy, when healthy and balanced, allows us to flow with the events of life in a conscious and calm manner. However, when out of balance, this is when dis-ease can enter a persons life and their relationships in mind, body or emotions.
